Making Time For Joy + Celebration

About the Episode:

In this solo episode, I share the ways in which I have been intentionally trying to cultivate joy and allow time for celebration in my life and in my business.

This has been a practice that has been really helpful…but it’s one that does not come naturally. I find that when I stretch myself or put myself out there in new ways, old limiting beliefs and feelings can bubble to the surface.

This is something that I experienced as I prepared to share the Becoming Aligned Online Course. But fortunately, my Inner Cheerleader and my Hype Squad were there to cheer me on and keep me focused on what was really important to me.

To invite you to join me in the Becoming Aligned Process.

This is so important to me because I want all of us to learn ways navigate an All-or-Nothing Mindset so that we can create lives that align with our values.

Because I know how limiting an All-or-Nothing Mindset can feel. It can keep us hidden. It can prevent us from showing up and sharing our gifts with the world.

So in this episode, I share some strategies I use to help me navigate these feelings…which definitely bubbled up as I prepared to share the course. I also invite you to invite your Inner Cheerleader to the party and cultivate your hype squad.

In that spirit, I’m sharing some amazing people I know that have created business that align with their values. I’d love for you to check them out and support them if you’re able:-)
