Vincent Toro: A Beautiful Voice

In this episode I talk to Vincent Toro. He’s a Poet, Playwright and Theater Performer and Director. He’s a community builder who describes himself as a devout Educator, which I think is really beautiful.

We discuss the influence of nature and how that’s impacted her understanding of movement and also motivated her to explore the study of neuroscience. And we talk about grief and what she has learned from her experience with grief in her own life.
